Insight
People often search for their next job while on the clock
The truth is, many people look for their next job while sitting in their current one. Whether it’s burnout, boredom, or the pull of a long-held dream, the search is constant — and it peaks between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., right in the middle of the workday.
